Falls es uns gelingt, den Umsatz weiter zu steigern, würde der Gesamtumsatz höher ausfallen als im Vorjahr. Als nächstes schauen Sie sich bitte die rechte Grafik an. You will notice sometimes when studying another language
that there are words in your language that have several, not always
identical meanings in the other language. "langsam" in this case is one of these words.
You can use it both to express steadily as well as slowly.
There is an expression in German, "langsam aber sicher", which more or less describes "steadily",
but just "langsam" will do, too, in the right context.

Thank you for posting your questions.
"Sein" is the possessive pronoun meaning "his". Just like in English, a possessive pronoun will replace the article of the noun (i.e. you wouldn't say "his the ball", but "his ball"). But, unlike English, German has gendered articles. The correct article for "Firma" is "der" and the correct article for "Präsentation" is "die", therefore, the possessive pronouns will also need to be gendered for the nouns. Predictably, "seiner" replaces "der" and "seine" replaces "die". Please see Lesson 17 in Upper Beginner Season 1 for more information.
As for the second question, you know that "berichtet" is the verb of that sentence because of its grammatical placement. Unless there is more than one verb, the grammatical structure of a sentence is in Subject-Verb-Object order. In this case, the sentence has the Subject "Ein Mann" (A man), the Verb "berichtet" (reported), the prepositional phrases "in einer Besprechung" (in a meeting) and "über die Umsatzentwicklung" (about the sales development), and finally the object "seiner Firma" ([of] his company).
