Stickers around the house?

Ok, I have a relative that is learning French. One of the ways she memorizes words is by putting stickers with the Frech word on the item. So you go over there and there are hundred of these little white labels with french on them all over her house. She made the suggestion I do the same for German. Do you think this way really works???

it sounds good to me. that way u remember what article they are plus u know thw words.
