Login and change password

Hi, Halo
Everytime I want to login I write my username/password and the website shows me a message "The username/password are incorrect" so I have to click the link "forgot your password?" takes me to a new password page...I change the password.

Then, momments later or next day I want to login again and...guess what?....the page keeps telling me "The username/password are incorrect" so I have to click the link "forgot your password?" takes me to a new password page...I change the password.

This is happening over and over and over.....

Please fix this. It is very annoying!
